Bio-potential signal acquisition is fundamental for diagnosis and treatment of various diseases,allowing people to grasp their physical condition.As mobile medical care and wearable device receiving more and more attention,wireless signal acquisition system has wider application prospect compared with the wired one.Although it will bring convenience to the user,wireless signal acquisition system's technical implementation is relatively complex and RF signal interferes the circuit a lot,which affects the quality of bio-potential acquisition.Using ECG signal as an example,this paper discusses how to implement Wi-Fi or Bluetooth based wireless bio-potential signal disquisition system,intended to improve the quality of acquisition and flexibility of application.The second chapter of the paper introduces the design and implementation of an integrated Wi-Fi ECG acquisition system.It focuses on the design of power supply circuit and the optimization of Wi-Fi communication implementation.The former is intended to reduce the interference of radio signal on the analog circuit,and the latter is aimed to improve the communication reliability,reducing the bit-error and loss rate,and good results were obtained.The acquisition system,powered by a lithium battery,can collect ECG signal in real time and display it.The third chapter of the paper introduces the design scheme of a split-style Wi-Fi ECG acquisition system.The whole system is composed of a basic acquisition circuit and a Wi-Fi relevant circuit,which are independent of each other,and the basic acquisition circuit can communicate either with PC via USB or with Wi-Fi data transmission circuit via the same USB cable which has been multiplexed into an UART transmission line.This chapter focuses on the USB cable multiplexing technology,achieving automatic identifying and switching of the connected device.The fourth chapter of the paper investigates Bluetooth based wireless bio-potential acquisition system.A Bluetooth data transmission board based on LMX9838 module was designed,also achieving successful data transmission.The fifth chapter summarized the whole paper and raised the outlook for future work.The scheme of this thesis is of application value in the design of split-style,multiplexing and circuit isolation.
