With the rapid development of China's metallurgical industry,the overall structure of the blast furnace is becoming largely modernized.However,the standard and criterion relating to the current blast furnace design technical regulations are non-systematic yet.In addition,status quo of existing blast furnace design technology still remains on low level,which conducted mainly by the engineering experience rather than the actual calculating.Therefore,it is essential to analyze the blast furnace shell through the finite element analysis software in this article.This article is based on 1#5100 m~3blast furnace shell from steel bases steel plant project,Steel Group Co.,Ltd,Rizhao Iron,Shandong Province,which uses the ANSYS finite element analysis software to build the three-dimensional calculation model of the blast furnace shell.According to the finite element model of blast furnace shell,we illustrate the overall and local stress and strain distribution of the shell situation under normal working condition.Also,the modal analysis and seismic time history analysis will be processed then.Through analysis of blast furnace shell,further rational proposal can be put forward.the thesis research contents are as follows:(1)Building parameterized finite element model based on the actual situation by using large-scale finite element analysis software;simulating of various types of loads applied to the furnace shell in accordance with the technological requirement.(2)Analyzing the stress and deformation condition of furnace shell under these six different circumstances;device load,the overall warming,temperature difference of10?condition between the inside and outside of the furnace shell,gas and iron slag pressure load and Blast furnace lining expansion force load.(3)In order to analyze the blast furnace seismic effect,modal analyses are used firstly to obtain the natural frequency and vibration mode of blast furnace.Then enter ELCENTRO seismic waves,LANZHOU 1 seismic waves and TANGSHAN SN seismic waves to obtain various types of earthquake effect parameters by means of time-history analysis.The verification of the design for reliability of large blast furnace shell structure can be given depending on all above studies and analysis.
