Aerqiale-Pb-Zn mine is a large lead-zinc mine found in the West Tianshan Mountains in recent years,located in the western section of the Yishijilike polymetallic metallogenic belt in the central part of Yili plate.The strata of the mining area mainly are the volcanic rocks of the lower Carboniferous Dahalajunshan Formation and Limestone group of the lower Carboniferous Akesake Formation.They are unconformable contact,the carboniferous granodiorite and diabase intruded into the formation.Pb-Zn orebody showed plate-like,lens-shaped output in the limestone rocks,the main wall rock alteration of the mine is the actinolitization,the alteration is closely related to mineralization.The main ore minerals in the mining area include sphalerite,Galena,Chalcopyrite and pyrite,the main gangue minerals include calcite,quartz,and actinolite.In addition to the actinolite,tremolite,etc,under the microscope found the remnants of Garnet.The isotopic analysis of S?Pb isotope and Pb isotope of the main metal sulfide and the surrounding rocks in the mining area,measured?S34SV-CDT range is-7.1?1.2‰,mostly concentrated in-2.6?2.3‰,the mean value of 1.21‰,close to the original mantle,calculates 2 pairs of galena-sphalerite minerals that have reached the equilibrium of sulfur isotope fractionation for the thermodynamic equilibrium temperature respectively 386 OC and 306oC,indicating that the main metallogenic period of Aerqiale-Pb-Zn mine is mainly medium temperature.The ore Pb isotope and the volcanic led isotopic compositions are basically consistent(206Pb/204Pb=18.202?21.518,207Pb/204Pb=15.479?15.946,208Pb/204Pb=37.711?38.720),the characteristics of trace elements in andesite,diabase and rock mass are consistent,and the REE distribution curves of the volcanic rocks in sphalerite and Dahalajunshan formation Group have obvious similarity,which shows that the metallogenic minerals from the group of the Dahalajunshan formation.The zircon U-Pbage of the andesite of the mining area is 343±6.3Ma,the diabase zircon U-Pb age is 337±5.3Ma,which is consistent with the age 344Ma?368Ma of the volcanic rock group in the Yishijilike area.The Rb-Sr and Sm-Nd of sphalerite and actinolite in the mining area,respectively,showed that the main metallogenic age of the mining area was 339?341Ma,the age of mineralization was consistent with the intrusive rocks near the deposit,suggesting that magma activity may provided minerals and heat source for mineralization.Based on the above study,Aerqiale Pb-Zn mine is the Skarn-type Pb-Zn deposit associated with the subduction of the Paleo-Asian ocean under the Yili plate.This paper provides a new reference for ore prospecting in Yishijilike Metallogenic belt and the lead-zinc mine in the west of mountains.
