Soil bacteria play an extremely crucial role in the entire soil habitat system.The stability of soil bacterial community structure is the basis for the stability of the soil habitat system.This research selected four typical mountain ecosystems(Xiaobai Mountain,Changbai Mountain,Xiaowutai Mountain and Wuyi Mountain),this study used Illumina Mi Seq sequencing technology to study soil bacterial community structure and discussed the diversity of soil bacterial and its environmental influencing factors.The main results are as follows:The results of study on bacterial community structure and diversity in mountain soils showed:(1)In the ecosystem of Xiaowutai Mountain,the abundance and the diversity of the soil bacteria community were the highest.(2)The highest value of soil bacterial diversity and abundance in Xiaowutai Mountain and Wuyi Mountain all appeared in the middle of the mountain altitude,the bacterial diversity increased firstly and then decreased under the altitude gradient.(3)The diversity and abundance of soil bacteria in coniferous broad-leaved mixed forests and alpine meadows was higher than that of elfin wood.In addition,the soil bacterial community structure in different mountain areas,different altitudes and three typical vegetation zones also had different degrees of difference,indicating that the soil bacterial community structure and diversity were influenced by latitude,altitude and vegetation belt.Environmental factors have a significant effect on bacterial community structure and diversity in mountain soils,and correlation analysis and redundancy analysis presented:(1)Soil bacterial diversity and abundance were significantly positively correlated with soil total potassium,soil p H,annual average temperature,altitude and slow available potassium,which were significantly negatively correlated with total carbon and organic carbon.The results of redundant analysis in different mountain areas showed that the main factors affecting the diversity of soil bacterial community structure were Xiaobai Mountain(annual average temperature and annual precipitation),Changbai Mountain(altitude),Xiaowutai Mountain(soil nitrate nitrogen)and Wuyi Mountain(soil quick available potassium).(2)The main factors affecting the soil bacterial community structure in the mountain ecosystem were the annual temperature,soil total potassium,soil p H,soil total phosphorus,soil available potassium and soil quick available nitrogen,indicating that the soil physical and chemical properties and climatic factors have great influence on the soil bacterial community structure in the mountain ecosystem.The results of different mountain areas showed that the main influencing factors of soil bacterial community structure were Xiaobai Mountain(soil p H and soil available phosphorus),Changbai Mountain(soil nitrate nitrogen and soil available nitrogen),Xiaowutai Mountain(annual temperature,annual precipitation,soil p H and soil available potassium)and Wuyi Mountain(soil p H,soil available nitrogen,soil ammonium nitrogen,soil total phosphorus,soil available phosphorus and soil available potassium).
