The pine and cypress in the Shanghai area of ancient and famous trees in 20 strains of typical plants for research object and measured analysis of the soil physicochemical properties,and to carry on the comprehensive evaluation.173.44 level is generally low,but(<120.00?S/cm)most of pine and cypress in the results show that: Shanghai old and famous tree growth environment of soil p H value higher than 7.5 is neutral to slightly alkaline soil environment;only 30% of the old trees and famous wood and soil EC values in the appropriate range of ?S/cm,and the vast majority of individuals of soil EC value is too high,is not conducive to the old tree root growth and nutrient absorption;all the strains in soil organic matter content in the medium fertility level,the mean for 33.07 g/kg soil mineral nutrition elements,such as Ca,Mg,Fe,Zn content,available nitrogen,available phosphorus content of obvious supply is not sufficient,but the available K in a rich content,the average content of mg/kg.At the same time,it was found that most of the soil aeration of the sample was good,only 30% lower than the standard value of landscaping maintenance in Shanghai city.To explore the improvement of ancient and famous trees in soil environment in an effective way.Further,the Boletus edulis(referred to as Be),to represent part of the plots were soil inoculation test were compared and analyzed before and after fertilization soil physical and chemical characteristics of.The results showed that after fertilization,soil p H value is reduced greatly,from fertilization of seven tree like plant p H value was 8.13 reduced to 7.43,drop 9.44%,indicating that the inoculation of beryllium bacteria have to reduce soil p H value,applicable to the improvement of alkaline soil;soil available N and available K content in applying fertilizer before and after the change trend was not obvious,increased significantly the content of available phosphorus in soil is prior to fertilization;soil bacteria total obviously changes after fertilization,the mean than before fertilization increased 4.46 times.
