In this paper,the ultrasonic probe made of piezoelectric composite material is taken as the research object,and TR-PIV is used as a reference.The influence of different parameters of the probe on the signal stability during sampling is explored.On this basis,a preliminary investigation of the correspondence between frequency shift and speed is made.The assembled three-dimensional flow velocity probe is fixed on the measuring rod,horizontally inserted into the glass water tank horizontally,and the influence range of each water flow parameter is measured by TR-PIV,and the flow in a certain distance in front of the probe is obtained.Field information.On this basis,the quantitative analysis of the influence distances of the flow velocity,turbulence intensity and Reynolds stress in each direction was made.After comparing the influence range of each parameter and considering a certain measurement error,the final influence distance is 1.69 cm.The reference frequency of a one-dimensional flow rate probe of different center frequencies is measured.The reference frequency of the probe is calculated using spectral analysis.The results show that the reference frequency value of the probe has a significant difference in the calculated values under different pulse numbers.The echo signals in moving water are random and unstable.In addition to high frequency and low frequency interference signals,there may be factors such as the vibration of the rod under the action of water flow.Under the condition of clear water,the amount of solid small particles in water is relatively small,and the effective signal that the probe can receive is weak,especially in the case of small probe size,the number of effective echo signals is significantly reduced.It is initially determined that the frequency value under dynamic water conditions is calculated by combining spectral analysis with spectral estimation.At present,the experimental results still have large errors.On the basis of solving the interference signal and increasing the effective echo signal,the algorithm model proposed in this paper is debugged to improve the stability and accuracy of the calculation.
