Study On Chemical Constituents Of A Fungus Of The Genus Talaromyces Aurantiacus And A Strain Of Colletotrichum Gloeosporioides GT-7

The chemica l const itue nts of Talaromyces aurant iacus and C olletot richum gloeosporioides GT-7 has been stud ied fro m this thes is.Seventeen co mpounds has been iso lated by var ious chromato graphic methods.The structures of these compounds were eluc idated by ¹H-N MR?¹³C-N MR?IR?MS?2D-NMR?EC D spectra and comparison o f t he exper imenta l and ca lculated electronic c ircular d ichro is m spectra.Among these compounds,there are two new compounds and fifteen known compounds.Monoamine oxidase,acetylc holinesterase and PI3K inhib itor y activit y of these compound were also tested.The main results were as follow ing:1.The endophyt ic fungus C ollet ot richum gloeosporioides GT-7 was fer mented by mung bean cult ure med ium.The cult ured broth was extracted w ith et hyl acetate and extract was separated and pur ifie d and obtained seven compounds.These compounds were ident ified as gallic acid(1),behenic-acid(2),p-hydroxybenza ldehyde(3),(1H-indol-3-yl)oxoacetamide(4),12,13-dihydroxyfumitre morgin(5),fumiquinazoline F(6),1,6-dihydro-1-methyl-6-oxo-3-pyridinecarboxylic acid(7).2.The endophyt ic fungus Talarom yces aurant iacus was fer mented by PDB culture medium.The cult ured broth was extracted wit h ethyl acetate and extract was separated and pur ified and obtained s ix compounds.Amo ng t hese compounds,there are two new compounds and four known compounds.Two new compounds were named as Ta laromyc in A(8)and Talaromyc in B(9),and fo ur known compounds were ident ifiedasdibut ylphtha late(10),diisobutylpht ha late(11),4-hydroxy-2-methoxyacetanilide(12),p-(acetylamino)phenol(13).3.The endophyt ic fungus Talarom yces aurant iacus was fer mented by PDB culture medium.The cult ured broth was extracted wit h ethyl acetate and extract was separated and pur ified and obtained fo ur compounds.These compounds were identified as 6?-O-desmethyl ES-242-4(14),ergosterol peroxide(15),thailandolides B(16),penicillide(17).4.Monoamine oxidase,acetylcho linesterase and PI3K inhib itory activit y of all these compounds were tested.C ompound 8 showed moderate AC h E inhib itory act ivit y w ith IC ₅₀of 12.63?M.Compounds 3 showes weak MAO inhibitory act ivit y with IC₅₀of 43.53?M.
