Carbon dioxide incubator system designed in this paper is multi-function system by using sensors to detect its state through variety of means,combined with data processing,parameter display.It can not only be contacted via PC communication port,but also can store their own experimental data and remained relatively static equilibrium through its own dynamic adjustment.Traditional carbon dioxide incubator's temperature controlling accuracy is generally ± 1?,and its displayed temperature and the detected temperature is generally not synchronized,and occurs delay,the temperature control on the situation is prone to instability.If you need to display precision to reach 0.1 ?,apparently this conventional control method is not enough.Also traditional incubator on the rising from the current ambient temperature to the set temperature,having the long time consuming,and often occurs overshoot the case(that is short-time over the set temperature),so that it is very negative for laboratory,which explains PID algorithm for controlling the heating system is not reasonable.The ideal heating curve can rise rapidly in the early,then can be close to the set temperature later smoothly and slowly,having no overshooting.This design incubator hardware design is divided into three part,main control board,display board,and sensor board.Their ways of communication between them using the RS485.External EEPROM and the ambient temperature sensor use I2 C communication,the system can guarantee long stable and reliable operation.The software part of the heating PID control algorithm is improved,transplanted emWin display driver,and UI design for the LCD display.Stable concentration of carbon dioxide is an important factor in the success of cultured cells.Accurate and reliable temperature control system is an important part of the incubator indispensable.While maintaining a high humidity inside the incubator,which is equivalent to simulate in vivo physical environment for tissue growth.To compensate for TCD carbon dioxide sensor used for long time using after aging and drift will be a problem,this paper designs AUTO-ZERO technology to calibrate the carbon dioxide sensor zero drift,ensuring precise control of the chamber CO2 concentration.Because the TCD sensors work after a period of time will have zero drift that can cause carbon dioxide incubator can not be stable at the set value.Only regularly carbon dioxide concentration sensor zero calibration can be to ensure that the CO2 concentration inside the authenticity and accuracy.In addition to the success of the cultured cells requires precise control of temperature,CO2 concentration control and humidity control,another important factor is to incubator pollution control and sterilization of 90 ? using high temperature heat sterilization techniques on a regular basis to conduct a thorough disinfection and sterilization chamber,this technique can kill most microorganisms,we need' t take out CO2 concentration sensor and temperature sensors,fans,etc during the sterilization,avoiding secondary pollution and ensuring the thoroughness of sterilization.
