Quality management in the process of hacksaw assembly is a relatively complex management process.During the production of the chainsaw,from the storage of raw materials to the assembly of the wire and finally to the delivery of the chainsaw products,a large number of quality failure problems will occur.At present,the management method used by most companies is total quality management,while in the application and implementation process,the workload is heavy and the efficiency is low,so the implementation progress is slow.Papers constructs the network of quality failure factors in the assembly line of chainsaw by reading lots of related literature and factory site quality management reports,combined with the actual situation of S company's on-site production with a combination of traditional quality management tools(such as FMEA analysis,Causal graph analysis and mass matrix,etc.)and complex network correlation method.Through the analysis of the structure of the chainsaw assembly mass failure network diagram,information collected on site,theoretical application and numerical calculation to analyze interrelation between failure factors of chainsaw assembly line,explore the critical nodes in the failure network;improve the overall level of quality and efficiency.It has obtained a series of results of research significance.First,through the actual investigation of S company's chainsaw assembly line,the analysis of the production line layout and the process flow,and the perfect causal diagram analysis of the 19 processes in the assembly process from the five aspects of personnel,equipment,materials,methods and environment,to find as many quality failure factors as possible in the process of the chainsaw assembly.The weight relation of various quality failure factors in the quality failure network of the hacksaw assembly line was determined by using the PRN index in FMEA analysis,makes the quality failure factor quality correlation matrix of chainsaw assembly line.Then,the quality failure network graph is analyzed by means of complex network statistical eigenvector numerical analysis and Gephi software visualization analysis.Finding the key quality failure factors corresponding to each index vector and compare and analyze them.Finally,compare and analyze critical quality failure factors which were got from the analysis by using the correlation index vector of link prediction to the mass failure complex network graph of chainsaw assembly line,to explore the influence of these important nodes on future quality factors.After that,improving the way of known research contents by the method of traditional industrial engineering,to improve the efficiency of quality management of S company's chainsaw assembly line?...
