Young's modulus is a physical quantity that describes the deformation resistance of solid materials.It is an important basis for selecting mechanical parts and an important parameter commonly used in engineering design.Measuring the Young's modulus of materials is one of the must-do experimental items in university physics experiments.Through this experiment,students can not only master a method of measuring the Young's modulus of materials,but also learn the methods and methods of measuring the basic length and small displacement,thereby improving the students' comprehensive experimental ability.At present,most colleges and universities use the optical lever method to measure the Young's modulus of the material.The optical lever method is low in cost and easy to understand,but it requires more experimental components.During the experiment,the adjustment of the optical path is very cumbersome,and the measurement error is relatively large,which often brings great troubles to the students.This subject is based on the Young's modulus measurement system developed by the optical interference method and the tension sensor.It successfully applies the knowledge of light interference and sensors to the measurement of metal Young's modulus.It greatly enriches the experimental teaching content,improves the teacher's classroom teaching efficiency,and helps to broaden the students 'knowledge,and cultivate students' consciousness of comprehensive thinking and innovation.Based on the principle of optical interference,this paper introduces the construction of Michelson interferometer and analyzes its measurement and transmission principles in detail.The structure and principle of the tension sensor,measuring bridge circuit and compensation method are introduced.The design of the system,hardware and software of this design is explained in detail.The selection principle of wire and light source is introduced,and the measuring device is designed to fix the tension sensor and complete the measurement and display of wire tension.The power circuit for the tension sensor and the single-chip microcomputer is designed.The high-precision OP07 operational amplifier is used to amplify the tiny electrical signal output by the tension sensor.Nixie tube for display.Through experimental verification,the measurement system designed by this subject has achieved accurate measurement of small changes in wire length and tensile force,and achieved good expected results in experimental teaching.
