With the continuous development of Implant dentistry and medical level in recent decades,people's demand for dental implant are growing day by day.But as a medical instruments which directly implanted in the human body,it's very important to have a certain degree of stability.The stability includes the stability between the implant and the human tissue cells,as well as the stability of the implant's internal connection.The nature and morphology of the implant surface is one of the important factors that affect the stability of the implant.At present,most of the dental implants use a SLA technology to create a multi-stage and micro-pore structure to facilitate the adhesion and extension of osteoblasts.The titanium dioxide surface was achieved by PECVD before,which was super-hydrophilic.But the samples placed in the air can easily be polluted by organic matters in the air to lose super-hydrophilic properties and then affect the biological activity of the implant surface.In this paper,different plasma cleaning methods were used to treat titanium dioxide samples in hydrophobic state to restore the super-hydrophilic properties.In this paper,the vacuum glow plasma cleaning equipment,atmospheric plasma cleaning equipment were used to clean the samples in order to restore contaminated implants.It was found that the super-hydrophilic properties of the titanium oxide samples could be recovered by different plasma cleaning and had a certain timeliness.The optimum parameters of vacuum glow plasma cleaning were determined by orthogonal experiment.The working voltage was 700V,the cleaning time was 5min,the cleaning pressure was 10pa(Ar=10sccm).Through the atmospheric plasma cleaning of the sample at different times,the result is that the longer the plasma cleaning time is,the longer the super-hydrophilic is maintained.In order to investigate the changes of the ingredient before and after plasma cleaning,XPS analysis was carried out before and after plasma cleaning.The result is the content of carbon are reduced and the removal of surface carbon has great influence on the hydrophilic.But content of Ti2O3 and TiO are rise on the surface of TiOx after vacuum plasma cleaning.Differently,the ratio of TiO are decline after atmosphere plasma cleaning and content of TiO2 and Ti2O3 are rising.That means Ti2O3 plays a leading role in characteristics of super hydrophilic in the surfaceThrough the OES ansys of the plasma in the process of cleaning,it was found that Ar ion plays an important role in the process of vacuum plasma cleaning,and the concentration of argon ions increases with the increase of voltage and working pressure.Differently,the particles that play a leading role in atmosphere plasma cleaning are reactive oxygen species.The cleaning mechanism of the two cleaning methods is also different because of the different types of particles.In the implant system,the micro particles and organic pollutants on the surface of abutment screw can cause the stability of the connection.In this paper,plasma cleaning was used to remove the pollutants.The result is atmospheric plasma cleaning has a certain effect on the removal of organic pollutants,but the cleaning effect of micro particles is not ideal.Vacuum plasma cleaning can remove organic pollutants effectively,at the same time,it also has a certain cleaning effect of the micro particles on the surface...
