The rupture disk is a kind of safe discharge device,which is applied in many fields such as aviation,industry and petroleum.The working principle of the rupture disk is that when the actual working pressure exceeds the maximum working pressure that the pressure vessel can withstand,the rupture disk responds immediately,the disk ruptures and breaks down.It is intended for discharging the medium in the container in time,reducing the internal pressure of the container,preventing the whole vessel from exploding because of overpressure,resulting in casualties,avoiding damaging pressure storage vessels and equipment and the consequences of secondary disasters.Therefore,it is necessary to design a convenient and accurate method to detect the discharge volume of the rupture disk safety device.In this thesis,firstly,it comprehensively compared the design,installation and the testing standards of discharge test of the rupture disk at home and abroad,and a method of simulating the discharge volume of the rupture disk safety device is designed by the way of image processing in combination with the actual production and manufacturing situation.First,the type and specification of the rupture disks are defined,the rupture disk is modeled by Ansys Workbench Finite element analysis software,and the static analysis is carried out,then the blasting process of the rupture disk is simulated dynamically using the Ls-prepost post-processing module.The instantaneous simulated discharge area can be obtained by the dynamic simulation.And the method of simulating discharge volume is calculated by releasing area,then the test platform is built,the testing test of rupture disk discharging volume is carried out by using the more commonly used relief coefficient method,and the ISO-AD32H/L data acquisition card is used to read the numerical value of each sensor and then the test discharge volume is obtained.Finally,according to the method of releasing coefficient,the whole design idea of image processing method and the discharge volume are evaluated,and verified its feasibility and practicability.Because the actual discharge volume is an important measure of that to detect whether the rupture disk can be used or to be eligibility.Although the relatively real data can be obtained through repeated blasting test but time-consuming,and to completely reduce the blasting environment is very difficult.If only through the existing calculation formula for calculation is simple but the error is greater.Therefore,this thesis mainly designed a method of image processing to calculate the simulated discharge volume detection method,in this thesis,to replace the actual experiment with the build model,the model is proposed to simulate the whole blasting process of the reduction blasting film by modeling finite element analysis method,which can be used to obtain the image of the discharge area at any time during the blasting process.The instantaneous and final simulated discharge area is obtained by image processing,and then the simulated discharge volume is calculated,and compared with the existing method.It is more simple and practical than the existing methods.
