Bearing ring is an important part of aero-engine bearing.With the frequent occurrence of outer ring peeling fault,more and more fault problems caused by internal defects of raw materials and forging are exposed.The existence of internal defects causes early failure of bearing.Therefore,it is an important task to carry out applicable detection technology research for the internal defects of bearing ring.Compared with other products,the material and processing characteristics of bearing rings are different from those of other products.At the same time,due to its harsh working conditions,the defect control level is smaller,about 0.22 mm diameter flat bottom hole equivalent.Therefore,how to consider the defects in aviation bearing rings and the potential influencing factors of testing,At the same time,how to further analyze the ultrasonic testing ability,ensure the detectability,accuracy and repeatability of the results is the primary task,and finally realize the testing application.The above research work is for the aero bearing rings The effective detection and accurate evaluation of defects is of great significance.This paper studies the causes,types and characteristics of the inner defects of the bearing rings,and analyzes the existing forms of the defects in the bearing materials.From the aspects of ultrasonic mechanism,characteristics,equipment,detection technology and experiment,the influence of various factors is analyzed,the technology of high frequency focusing probe,water immersion method and vertical incidence of longitudinal wave is studied,and the applicable methods of detection parameter control and waveform analysis are obtained,which are suitable for the detection of aero bearing rings.First of all,the paper analyzes the causes and characteristics of the defects of bearing rings,expounds the theoretical characteristics of water immersion ultrasonic testing,gives the technical methods adopted by the testing through analysis,and gives the specific suggestions for the use of the methods.Secondly,the process of bearing ring detection is designed,and the idea of industrial injury defect produced by physical ring is put forward.On the basis of plane test block,curved physical surface and human industrial injury representative defect representing defect characteristics are adopted.Through various environmental control,an experimental method that can guarantee the accuracy and repeatability of detection is formed as the standard criterion of detection or experiment.In the second time,the typical defect representatives of the physical samples are tested regularly,the influencing factors and detection rules are analyzed,the characteristics of various defects are determined,and the analysis methods and judgment criteria are formed.Finally,through the verification of the processing process and the ferrule in use,the detection and control method formed in the research is used to effectively distinguish and identify the fault defects in the use of ribbon carbide,butterfly structure,etc.,forming the analysis law of ultrasonic wave.The experimental results show that the formed high frequency focused water immersion ultrasonic testing method can effectively detect the aero bearing rings.
