With the continuous development of aeroengine technology,civil aviation aircraft cruising speed has also been greatly improved.In order to making take off and the landing speed within a reasonable range,the lifting device must be installed,which located the inside and the middle of the wing accounts for the majority of the trailing edge of the wing.Therefore,the reliability research of trailing edge flap mechanism is not only an effective method to improve and control aircraft performance,but also an important measure to ensure the safety of aircraft.For the flap mechanism,it is not possible to avoid all kinds of damage from material,design,process,and maintenance,and some of the factors such as load parameters,dimensional error and abrasive wear owning apparent random fluctuation character.These can lead to flap motion positioning accuracy,inside and outside the flap synchronization,jamming and other reliability issues.In view of the above problems,the reliability of the flap mechanism is analyzed based on MATLAB Simulink and ADAMS software respectively.The main works of this paper are summarized as follows:(1)The geometrical model of the flap mechanism is established by rationally simplifying the structure of the flap mechanism.Then,the kinematics system equations are constructed by the joint constraint method.Finally,the system matrix is used to establish the Flap Mechanism Dynamics Simulation Model in the MATLAB Simulink environment.Based on this model,the variation law of kinematic parameters and kinetic parameters of the flap mechanism under the influence of installation error,pole length error,gap error and external load disturbance are analyzed.The location of the drastic wear site,the maximum deviation position of the flap deflection angle and the deflection angle range of the flap when the driving torque is maximum are found.At the same time,the reliability of the flap deflection accuracy and the reliability of flap seizure are calculated.(2)First,seamless connection technology between VC++and the ANSYS and ADAMS are researched,and the automatic updating and encapsulation of APDL command flow and CMD command language are completed.The automatic dynamic compilation and import of ADAMS user custom function,automatic measurement of target parameters,automatic data save and automatic data processing have been achieved.Then,based on Simulink dynamic model simulation results,the secondary development of ANSYS and ADAMS software were conducted and the reliability analysis software platform of the flap mechanism was designed to realize the automatic simulation analysis of the flap mechanism under the influence of hinge clearance,roller slide wear,rigid and flexible coupling and comprehensive factors.
