As a kind of malignant tumor with poor prognosis, the incidence of gastric cancer is gradually increasing, which poses a great threat to people's health in China. With reasonable medical measures, patients with early gastric cancer can achieve a 5-year survival rate of 90%,but most patients with gastric cancer are in the middle and late stages of gastric cancer when they are diagnosed. The tumor has invaded the outside of the stomach and lymph node metastasis has occurred.low.Gastric cancer as a malignant tumor disease, its biological process is caused by mutations in gastric cancer-related genes. If you want to make breakthrough progress in the detection and diagnosis of gastric cancer, its genetic level research is essential.Complex network is a more common research method for studying complex systems.Due to the rapid development of practical research in complexity science, the application of complex network theory is becoming more and more extensive.Complex networks have been initially applied in medical fields such as tumors and asthma. It has been used to understand the function of genes in biological systems.Genes support the basic performance and structure of life, and are the most basic functional and structural unit of heredity.Because genes are controlled by each other in a network structure to affect biological expression,in order to explore the impact of genes on complex diseases,multi-angle and multi-level research methods of complex network theory can be used to construct gene expression networks and find key genes. To provide data support for disease prevention or treatment. This paper uses complex network theory to screen and reduce dimensionality of TCGA gastric cancer data.First,it compares the degree of gene change between normal gastric tissue and gastric cancer tissue, and selects 275 genes with significant changes, excluding a large number of unrelated genes, which is the key to screening gastric cancer Genes have narrowed their scope.According to the seventh edition of the TNM staging criteria for gastric cancer, available sample groups were selected for gastric cancer stage IIB and gastric cancer stage IIIA,with sample sizes of 36 and 40,respectively.According to the rate of change of the same gene between the sample groups, determine the rule of the connection between the genes, and then establish a gastric cancer gene regulatory network.Immediately followed by a topology analysisof the gene regulation network, the network has the characteristics of sparsity and small world.Through the analysis of the degree centrality, intermediary centrality, compactness centrality and comprehensive centrality index,17 genes with higher centrality were finally selected. At present, there have been some biological studies of the selected genes in the process of gastric cancer, which also proves the scientificity and reliability of the genes we screened through data analysis and complex networks. This result can provide a reference for the diagnosis and treatment of gastric cancer at the gene level.
