Due to its high accuracy,strong energy,good stability,and no mechanical loss,lasers are widely used in various industrial processing applications such as marking,cutting,welding,and have unparalleled advantages.In recent years,as an advanced manufacturing technology,laser processing is often introduced into some traditional processing fields,which has greatly improved the industrial value.Tube printing is such a field,has a very similar principle with laser marking in the processing method,but it has a large difference in the application scenario.It needs to be customized to a certain degree.The purpose of this paper is to study the pain points in the field of laser marking of tube printing,so as to propose solutions and design practical software.The main contents include the following aspects:(1)Study the pixel bitmap vector contour extraction technology,optimize the algorithm design for the specific application scenario of special symbols,and apply the extracted vectorized contours to the rapid construction of personalized special symbol font libraries.(2)Research and analyze the TrueType font standard and Shx font standard,complete the conversion function of Shx font,and provide a complete set of font production solutions.On this basis,an integrated typesetting system is constructed,so that the two types of fonts,regular characters and self-built special symbols can form a good typesetting effect.(3)The on screen keyboard technology is proposed to dynamically load special symbols,and allowing users to input their self-built,personalized special symbols in a flexible and convenient way,which enhances the software value.(4)Both the cubic Bezier curve used by the TrueType font and the arc used by the Shx font were fitted with straight line in controllable precision.On the basis of the efficient polygon active edge algorithm,the parallel line filling algorithm for complex contour curves including cubic Bezier curves is extended and implemented.The actual available software has been developed and laser marking experiments have confirmed that the marking effect is as expected.
