Terahertz imaging technology has made great progress in non-destructive testing,composite materials and other fields,but compared to visible light imaging,its technology has not yet reached full maturity,and it has not reached the requirements of industrial mass production applications.Therefore,the development of an efficient and good terahertz imaging system is of great significance to the development of terahertz imaging technology.The main research content of this paper is to develop a terahertz imaging system based on frequency modulation continuous wave.At the same time,it combines the direction required by practical engineering applications.Starting from the theory of frequency modulation continuous wave terahertz imaging technology,this article mainly contains the following content :This paper firstly studies the principle of terahertz wave generation and detection,and also systematically introduces the principle of terahertz FM continuous wave to complete the construction of terahertz FM continuous wave imaging system.The system is mainly composed of the software part and the optical path part.The software part is written based on Labview language,which mainly realizes the motion control between the host computer and the two-dimensional stepper motor,and the two modules for data acquisition received by the terahertz radiation source.Function;The construction of the optical path is mainly through the optical collimation and focusing behavior of the terahertz wave radiated from the terahertz source,and finally a minimum light spot is formed on the focal plane.After completing the above design,in order to verify whether the system's mechanical motion module and data acquisition module can work normally,the imaging quality was tested under the premise of borrowing the imaging module of the laboratory classmates.The imaging plane resolution of the system is 9mm,longitudinal With a resolution of 10 mm,it can perform two-dimensional and three-dimensional imaging,and the system can be applied to the field of non-destructive testing.The innovation of this paper is to realize the integration of the system.The whole system can automatically complete the functions of mechanical scanning,data acquisition,imaging and data storage.The overall integration is better.Play a role in FMCW THz imaging technology.
