With the rapid development of cross-border e-commerce,further improving the efficiency of logistics and reducing the cost of logistics and operation has become a close concern of cross-border e-commerce enterprises.In the export business of cross-border ecommerce,enterprises need to pack the goods first,then load the packed boxes into containers,and finally transport them to overseas customers.In view of the process that goods need to be packed many times,this thesis proposes a variety of three-dimensional packing optimization strategies to improve the loading rate of packing and reduce the operation cost of enterprises.Based on the actual export business of cross-border e-commerce platform Z Company,this thesis introduces the process of goods export,and puts forward the optimization strategies of the same specification of goods and different specifications of boxes and containers respectively according to the two stages of goods need to go through packing and container loading.Finally,the two-stage packing problem is considered comprehensively,and a multi-level packing joint optimization strategy is proposed.In the same specification goods packing optimization strategy,the same specification goods packing optimization model is established,and the same specification heuristic algorithm(SSHA)is designed.Finally,the actual data is used for example analysis.The results show that the packing optimization strategy proposed in this thesis can significantly improve the loading rate and reduce the packaging cost.Compared with other algorithms,the average cost saving is 22.63%.In this thesis,a mixed integer programming model is established,and different specification heuristic algorithm(DSHA)is designed.Through the analysis of an example,the loading optimization strategy proposed in this thesis can significantly improve the loading rate of containers.Compared with other algorithms,the loading rate is increased by 9.2% on average.Finally,based on the multi-level and multi-stage three-dimensional packing problem of cross-border e-commerce,this thesis proposes a multi-level packing joint optimization strategy,considering the two-stage packing problem,establishes a mixed integer programming model,and designs a joint optimization packing algorithm(JOBPA).At last,a case study shows that the proposed multi-level packing joint optimization strategy can greatly improve the loading rate of the container.Compared with the results of twostage packing separate optimization,the loading rate increases by 6.9% on average.The research shows that the three-dimensional packing optimization strategies proposed in this thesis can help cross-border e-commerce enterprises to improve the loading rate of packing,save resources,reduce the cost of enterprises,and increase the profits of enterprises.
