In industrial production,processing,and manufacturing,it is often necessary to accurately measure the dimensions of manufactured products to determine whether the products produced meet the requirements.How to achieve fast and accurate measurement of industrial products has become an important research topic.Aiming at the problems that the internal structure of the microwave resonator is complex and there are many measurement positions,and the internal structure of different types of microwave resonator is different,this paper designs a measurement scheme combining laser triangulation ranging technology and image sensing technology to achieve automatic and efficient measurement of the height difference of the internal structure of the microwave resonator.By analyzing and researching the current domestic and foreign technologies for automatic measurement,combined with the actual needs of this system,the device selection and measurement system are completed.The machine positioning scheme for the scanning position of the microwave resonator is realized,and the scanning point selected on the design drawing of the microwave resonator is converted into the corresponding scanning coordinates on the machine,so that the laser trigonometry rangefinder can scan to the corresponding position for measurement.The accuracy of the measurement system is analyzed,and the measurement accuracy can reach 0.135%.Completed automatic measurement of 143 measurement points inside different microwave resonators,analyzed the stability of the measurement results,and optimized the laser scanning path based on the analyzed data,which improved the stability of the measurement results,the number of measurement positions with extended uncertainty within40?m reached more than 83.9%.The measurement time for a single microwave resonator is within 10 minutes,which is 8 times shorter than the manual measurement time,achieving high-efficiency measurement.
