The automatic packaging machine for granular powder materials is widely used in food,chemical industry and other fields and the packaging efficiency is its most important performance.The improvement of efficiency cannot be separated from the optimization of mechanism action sequence.But the existing time sequence analysis tools such as working cycle diagram can not provide the modification of action information,and cannot find out the key action strings that affect the cycle cycle,and cannot conducive to the use of Computer for analysis.This thesis introdues the graph theory into the analysis of mechanism action sequence,focusing on the modeling method of the time sequence of the integrated bag making and bagging packaging machine.The main research contents include:The movement cycle of the mechanism is defined as the index to measure the working efficiency of the equipment.The cycle is implemented into each action mechanism.The material tracking method is used to connect the action mechanism of each module of the packaging machine.The movement logic of each module of the packaging machine is analyzed by combining the work station analysis method.The action time of the movement mechanism and the coordination time of the movement related mechanism are arranged.The time sequence diagram of the integrated bag making and packaging machine is established by cartesian coordinate circulation diagram.Aiming at the problems of logical relationship expression,time consumption matching and computer visualization,the thesis establishes the logical relationship of the front and back moving mechanism by using the digraph,solves the problem of time consumption matching by using the point weight and edge weight of the graph,realizes the computer visualization of the model by the adjacency matrix of the digraph,and formulates the establishment rules of the time sequence analysis model.Based on the idea of depth first traversal and backtracking algorithm of the graph,we use analysis software Matlab to find out the route of key action strings and time consumption calculation,and use GUI visualization module to realize the human-computer interaction visualization of the time sequence analysis modelSeveral timing optimization strategies,such as serial to parallel,time superposition,action merging,adding execution units,etc,are put forward.By using the established timing analysis model of packaging machine,four key action strings are quickly located and optimized,and the cycle period is reduced by 690 ms,which meets the requirements of 3S/bag.For the realization of higher working efficiency of packaging machine,six optimization directions are pointed out by using time series analysis model.The time series analysis model proposed in this thesis is suitable not only for the time series analysis of packaging machinery,but also for the time series analysis and optimization of other machinery with complex motion system.It can be used as an auxiliary analysis tool for the research and development of complex motion system.
