At present,the scientific research on human brain is getting more and more in-depth in the human scientific community,and EEG has become a challenging research topic in the field of modern natural science research.EEG is formed by the sum of the synaptic potentials that occur when a large number of neurons perform synchronous activities during the human brain synchronous activities.The EEG signal can be used as an important basis for the research of human brain science.It is not only closely related to human thinking and psychological activities,but also can accurately reflect the characteristics of human thinking psychology or biological behavior.By decrypting and analyzing characteristic EEG signals,you can recognize the entire brain and explore the mysteries of the brain.With the advancement and development of modern brain science and brain electrophysiological measurement information processing technology,the obtained brain wave information is becoming more and more abundant.At the same time,the interference signals contained in the brain wave signals obtained are more and more complicated.These interfering signals make the pretreatment and analysis of EEG signals more and more demanding.Processing personnel need to use multiple platforms to process a batch of data,which results in low processing efficiency.In summary,how to process EEG data and display the EEG data characteristics have become the focus of the research.Therefore,the research goal of this paper is determined to develop an EEG data processing and brain network construction platform with simple operation,comprehensive functions and stable operation.There are several functions: EEG data preprocessing,bad guide repair based on block sparse Bayesian learning,and construction of brain networks.According to the software engineering theory,the EEG data processing and brain network construction platform development are carried out with the needs analysis,detailed design,software implementation and software testing process.This article is based on the VS platform and C # language to complete the realization of EEG data processing and brain network construction platform,mainly including the following four aspects of research:1.According to the current status of EEG data processing requirements,the functional requirements and performance requirements of the platform are proposed.The requirements of the four major functions of the platform are analyzed in conjunction with the functional use case diagram.2.Aiming at the bad electrodes in the process of EEG acquisition,a method of repairing EEG signals based on block sparse Bayes is proposed to solve the problem of repairing the bad leads of EEG signals.3.The system and functional architecture of the platform are designed.According to the analysis of needs,the EEG data processing and brain network construction platform are designed in detail in conjunction with the flowchart and activity diagram.4.Combine the requirements analysis and detailed design to implement the four functional modules of the platform,and finally perform functional tests and performance tests on the platform to check whether it meets the requirements of the requirements analysis.
