Synchronization and control of memristor-based fuzzy cellular neural networks are one of the important research contents of nonlinear science,and its research results have been widely used in secure communication,image and signal processing,pattern recognition and other fields.Compared with continuous control,impulse control is a kind of discontinuous control.It not only saves control cost,but also has the advantages of strong robustness and easy operation.However,in practice,the control signal usually has transmission time.Moreover,various stochastic factors in the external environment usually have an effect on the control signal.As a result,different from existing results,the delay impulsive and stochastic impulsive controllers are designed to realize the exponential synchronization of memristor-based fuzzy cellular neural networks.The main contents of this paper are as follows:In the second chapter,by utilizing the Filippov solution and measurable selection theorems,the memristor-based fuzzy cellular neural networks are transformed into a kind of neural networks with uncertain parameters.In addition,novel fuzzy inequalities are given to solve the parameter uncertainty problem of fuzzy feedback connection weight.Then,considering the existing transmission time of the control signal from the receiving terminal to the Controlled terminal,a kind of time-delay impulsive controller is designed.Combining Lyapunov stability theory,impulsive inequality and Lemma proposed,the global exponential synchronization criterion of the neural networks is obtained.In the third chapter,considering the stochastic factors of real environment,stochastic impulsive controller is designed to realize the exponential synchronization of memristorbased fuzzy cellular neural networks with stochastic disturbance.The proposed impulsive controller contains good and bad impulsive,whoes impulsive intensity switches with Markov chain.By using the average impulsive interval and comparison principle,the criterion of exponential synchronization of the neural networks is given.The experimental results show that the designed two kinds of impulsive controllers can effectively realize exponential synchronization of memristor-based fuzzy cellular neural networks.
