With the rapid development of China's rural economy,rural environmental pollution and ecological damage happen frequently.The overall situation of rural ecological environment is not optimistic.Problems such as excessive use of chemical fertilizers,soil pollution and degradation,and extensive treatment of agricultural wastes are increasingly intensified and urgently need to be resolved.Using earthworm culture to improve the comprehensive utilization rate of agricultural waste,and using earthworm manure instead of chemical fertilizer is an effective way to alleviate the current environmental problems in rural areas.In this paper,cow dung as the main material of vermicompost was taken as the research object,and its influence on soil fertility properties was studied.The results are as follows:1.Earthworms can realize the cultivation of earthworms while processing agricultural solid wastes,and produce highly efficient organic fertilizer-worm feces.The application of cow manure and vermicompost can adjust the pH value of soil.With the increase of application level,the content of soil organic matter,alkali hydrolyzed nitrogen,available potassium and available phosphorus showed an upward trend.The effect of vermicompost treatment group on improving soil organic matter was better than that of cattle manure treatment group.2.Compared with the control group,adding cattle manure and vermicompost can improve the soil enzyme activity.With the increase of the application level,the activities of urease,phosphatase and catalase increased first and then decreased.When the treatment level of cattle manure and vermicompost is 10%,the activities of urease,phosphatase and catalase reach the maximum value,and the application of organic fertilizer should be appropriate.When the application level is the same,the effect of improving enzyme activity of vermicompost treatment group is higher than that of cattle manure treatment group,so the application of organic fertilizer should be reasonable.3.Adding soil conditioner quicklime to the test field can effectively alleviate the problem of soil acidification of Alpine vegetables.Applying vermicompost can significantly improve the nutrient content of Alpine vegetables,such as organic matter,alkali hydrolyzed nitrogen,available potassium,available phosphorus,and improve the enzyme activity of soil,improve the decline of fertility of alpine vegetables.
