Process capability analysis is an important part of statistical process control theory,and its analysis result is an important indicator for enterprises to implement quality control and improvement.As an important tool in Lean Six Sigma management,it has an important value in meeting customer needs,improving and improving product quality,and reducing production costs.It is the only way for enterprises to implement prevention mainly,eliminate unstable factors,and make company management more precise.In view of the increasingly fierce business competition in the international market and customers' pursuit of high-quality,high-quality and high-performance products.In today's enterprise production,enterprises no longer produce products with a single and simple process like before,but use mechanization and informatization to produce high-quality products with multiple process characteristics and high quality.These virtually increase the difficulty for companies to control and analyze the process.With the increase in product types,processes and functionality,product quality is no longer a single variable or multiple variables that are independent of each other in the traditional sense,but there are related variables with certain physical laws between each other.This makes the product cannot simply use traditional analysis methods in the realization of statistical process control,but needs to further improve the process capability analysis method to achieve the ability to evaluate multivariable.At present,the applied univariate process capability and multivariate process capability have achieved certain results in handling multivariate and autocorrelation problems.However,there are still relatively few researches on the analysis of process capabilities that exist physical laws in the process.Dimensional analysis method is an analysis method widely used in engineering and experimental research fields such as chemical engineering,water conservancy,etc.,and its similarity theory plays an important role in engineering applications.Combining dimensional analysis,this thesis proposes a process capability analysis method based on dimensional analysis,and attempts to evaluate multi-process capabilities with physical laws.This method is to reduce the dimension of the multivariable process model that may exist in the production process and have the physical relationship between each other by using the law of dimensional analysis,and then obtain the dimensionless variables after the dimension reduction,and divide the process after the dimension reduction For multivariate process and unary process,then give multivariate process capability analysis based on dimensional analysis and volume ratio and unary process capability analysis method based on dimensional analysis and linear model.Finally,this thesis explores the operability of this method through a classic case.Then this thesis conducts test analysis and simulation exploration to illustrate the feasibility and advantages of this method in the process capability analysis of a product with physical laws.It provides a certain reference value for the process capability evaluation of the production process of products with physical laws in reality.
