In recent years, with the improvement of people’s living standards and the continuous development of first-level economic construction, urban traffic congestion has become an urgent problem to be solved. As an important part of urban traffic, urban surface traffic has seriously affected the happiness index of urban residents.Taking the urban traffic network as the research object, this paper uses programming languages such as Python and R to conduct modeling analysis and investigate the rationality of the construction of traffic network structure, which plays a key role in the construction of urban traffic.Changchun,Shenyang and Harbin,as the economic lifeline of the three northeastern provinces, have been the focus of scholars’ comparative study.According to the gao DE report, the traffic congestion in Shenyang is significantly better than that in Harbin and Changchun, regardless of economic development level, city size and vehicle ownership.Differences in these three cities traffic caused the interest in my research, this paper takes the three urban road network as the research object, first using the theory of complex network with the original method of complex network model, network model after static topology of the network model parameters such as degree and degree distribution, average shortest path, clustering coefficient, the efficiency and global stress centricity, etc, this paper compares and analyzes the urban traffic network has found by analysis of the small world network features, and by using the entropy weight method for comprehensive evaluation of road network properties. After that, the robustness of the network was studied by means of deliberate attack and random attack on the edge of the network. It was found that, whether under deliberate attack mode or random attack mode, the robustness of Shenyang road network was the best, followed by Changchun road network, while the robustness of Harbin road network was the weakest. In the theory of complex networks, the number of edge media represents the importance of information transmission in the network. The larger the number of edge media, the more important the edge occupies in the network. Therefore,we simulated the road construction of main roads in the actual road network by removing the maximum number of edge media, and studied the self-regulation ability of the road network. We found that the congested sections of Changchun and Harbin road networks showed concentrated and continuous congestion after the maximum boundary number was removed, and the traffic flow could not be evacuated in time, easily leading to regional traffic paralysis, while the congested sections of shenyang road network presented discrete small congestion, which was not easy to cause traffic paralysis.Block structure of the above analysis,we found that the network traffic caused great influence to the network, such as net month of changchun road network area and loose north and hulan district of Harbin road network, due to the massive texture and massive structure are connected only by a small edge, the edge carries too much traffic, are more likely to cause traffic jams, the conventionality next, pay attention to the modular network is studied on the influence of the traffic network.Using Pseudo Likelihood algorithm(Pseudo Likelihood upcite PL,PL)to community network division, get the final division, degree of module maximum in order to make the modular degree comparable between the different network, defines the modularity measure based on module and modular based on edge probability matrix P measure, found by calculation, the highest degree in Harbin road network of modularization,Changchun,Shenyang road network modularity minimum.
