The use of baby braces can liberate parents’ hands and facilitate parents to take care of children in work,labor,travel and other activities,which can reduce the pressure of taking children and promote the intimate contact with children.At present,there are some baby straps on the market,which do not conform to the natural physiological patterns and scientific wearing principles of infants and young children.The comfort of the products is poor,and may also bring huge safety risks,such as the fall of infants,asphyxiation and lumbar and back strain of adults.Therefore,from the perspective of ergonomics,this paper puts forward the optimization scheme of infant braces,which is of great significance for improving the comfort and safety of infant braces.Based on the basic theory of ergonomics,the process and method of ergonomics in the design of baby braces are summarized.By analyzing the physiological and psychological characteristics of the baby braces and the users,the ergonomic data and the users’ demands were extracted.The principle of more scientific design of infant braces is put forward as an important theoretical basis for the optimal design of infant braces.Secondly,the matrix pressure measurement system was used to conduct the pressure measurement experiment on the waist stool part of the baby’s back strap.The pressure data were sorted out to identify the point of excessive pressure.Based on the pressure measurement data,the distribution of stress and strain in the harness is analyzed by using the static module of finite element software.According to the pressure data and the finite element analysis,the Suggestions for the optimization of the baby’s harness were put forward,which provided the theoretical basis for the optimization of the scheme.Thirdly,relevant theories are sorted out to determine the design positioning of the product,and the structure,color,material and other factors of the baby strap design are summarized.The sketch was made and the model was established.The optimized model was verified by finite element analysis.The stress,strain and various parameters before optimization were compared.The fatigue analysis software was used to simulate the optimized application of the baby strap,and the scheme was verified to meet the actual life requirements of the product.Finally,the overall size of the baby strap was determined by solid rendering of the optimized product combined with ergonomics theory.A user satisfaction survey was conducted on the design scheme,and the results showed that the comfort and safety were improved to a certain extent,the development characteristics of infants and children were more reasonably satisfied,and the design was in line with user needs.At the same time,the feasibility of the design method and process in this paper is verified,which provides valuable theoretical reference for the optimization design of infant products.
