In quantum information and quantum computation, quantum bipartite system provides basic few-body framework for investigating significant properties of thermodynamics and statisti-cal mechanics. We try to show rules about the evolution and physical quantities of the bipartite system.A Hamiltonian model for quantum non-equilibrium bipartite system,in which the sub-systems are quantum driven non-equilibrium system,is introduced to analyze the important role of interaction between bipartite subsy stems in quantum non-equilibrium thermodynamics.Us-ing the model,we obtain the master equation of bipartite system and the properties of transition matrices which is used to describe the evolusion properties of subsystem density matrices. We illustrate discrimination between such quantum thermodynamics and classical few-body non-equilibrium thermodynamics.By proposing a detailed balance condition of the bipartite system,we generally show the properties of the entropy and heat of our model,as well as the relation between them. The trajectory entropy and mutual information also are discussed.
