As the essential material basis of human movement,skeletal muscle attaches to the bone and provides support for human trunk and maintenance of posture.In recent years,with the continuous development of skeletal muscle model and the in-depth study of physiological mechanism,in order to overcome the limitations of the previous single scale model,it is necessary to establish a skeletal muscle model that can express multiple scales.By combining the microscopic action mechanism of human skeletal muscle with the conservation of muscle movement energy,the multi-scale model of skeletal muscle was established to simulate the physiological process of muscle fiber excitation and contraction,which is of great significance for the prediction of muscle disease and exercise rehabilitation treatment.First of all,according to the energy cycle of muscle fiber,the muscle fibers in the mitochondrial oxidative phosphorylation as energy sources of muscles contraction,the muscle of the ATP energy metabolism and sarcoplasmic reticulum in phosphate effect,the combination of muscle fiber micro mechanism of the kinetics of phosphate model,and analyzes the sarcoplasm of phosphate ion concentration change rule,to explore the mechanism of calcium and phosphate transportation play an important role.And then,by analyzing the principle of virtual work muscles,according to the muscle fibers external virtual work equivalent to the transverse bridge circulation internal virtual work,establish the micro movement transverse bridge combined with macroscopic strength of skeletal muscle model,and will be in the sarcoplasmic reticulum calcium ion transport combined with a cross bridge movement,multi-scale model is established to explore the microcosmic physiological changes and the strength of the relationship between the produce of the muscle fibers.Finally,the skeletal muscle multi-scale model was simulated in MATLAB to obtain the variation characteristics of phosphate plasma concentration in the sarcoplasm,and the accuracy of the model was verified by comparison with classical experiments.In addition,the generation of muscle force from contraction to muscle force was simulated and verified,and the muscle stress magnitude and peak stress duration under different fatigue degrees were compared,so as to obtain the changing rule of the continuous attenuation of muscle output power in the process of contraction fatigue.By comparing with the simulation results of muscle stress in the literature,the advantages of the model in predicting the accuracy of stress change characteristics and muscle fatigue are shown.The simulation results are closer to the real skeletal muscle mechanics characteristics,which reflects the accuracy and effectiveness of the model in this paper.
