Neonatal hyperbilirubinemia is one of the common clinical diseases.Clinically,phototherapy,exchange blood and drugs are often used to treat the disease.Based on the three therapeutic mechanisms,this article established a mathematical model for the treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia,and tracked the changes in bilirubin levels in real time.The research results can provide a theoretical basis for clinical selection of treatment options.The main work is as follows:Firstly,based on the combination of phototherapy and bilirubin mechanism and blood circulation,a mathematical model for intermittent light therapy for neonatal hyperbilirubinemia is established and the model is solved.From clinical experiment data and numerical approximation algorithm,the relevant parameters in the model are estimated.According to the standard of "Expert Consensus",two intermittent treatment schemes are designed.Combined with the clinical practical nursing requirements,the curves of total bilirubin and percutaneous bilirubin under standard light intensity are numerically simulated for newborns of different ages.It is found that increasing the light intensity is helpful to improve the treatment effect of severe children.Secondly,according to the mechanism of replacement of neonatal hyperbilirubin by exchange blood,a mathematical model for the treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia by exchange blood is established,and the expression of the model solution is given.According to the "Expert Consensus" standard,combined with the growth level of bilirubin in newborns of different ages,we designed a treatment plan with single-fold and single-double exchange blood volume,and coordinated phototherapy,and numerically simulated the feasibility of the program.Comparing the running results of the model with the treatment data of clinical cases,it is found that the coincidence effect is good,which verifies the rationality of the model.Finally,according to the mechanism of albumin binding free bilirubin,a mathematical model of drug treatment of neonatal hyperbilirubinemia is established and the model is solved.A combined treatment plan of drugs,exchange blood and phototherapy is designed,and the feasibility of the numerical simulation plan is designed.The results of the operation are compared with the therapeutic effects of exchange transfusion and phototherapy.It is found that for more severe children,combined therapy can quickly reduce the level of bilirubin.Using simulation analysis of clinical cases,by adjusting the initial value of bilirubin,the change process of abnormal data is analyzed,and the suggested treatment scheme is put forward.
