Oat is one of the important crops for both grain and forage in China.Some of its varieties are sale tolerant.It is a high-quality s aline-alkali crop and has important ecological and economic value for the development and utilization of beaches.Oats planting in saline-alkali land still has problems such as difficulty in emergence of seedlings and lack of high-yield cultivation techniques.Therefore,this experiment used Baiyan No.2(naked oats)and Baiyan No.7(bark oats)as materials to study the conditions of salinity stress(0,50,75,100,150 mM and moderate saline-alkali soils).The effects of treatments(CK,nitrogen fertilizer,micro element fertilizer,phosphate and potash fertilizer fertilizer)on the germination,seedling growth,growth indicators,physiological indicators and yield of oats.The main test results are as follows:1.Effect of salt stress on water absorption germination of oat seedsThe water absorption of the two varieties mainly took place within 0-16 h.After 16 h,the water absorption rate slowed down significantly,and then increased again after 32-40 h.The water absorption rate of the two varieties showed a rule of "fast,slow and fast".In the low concentration salt solution,Baiyan 2 had more stable water absorption rate,water absorption amount,water absorption percentage and germination rate,but the water absorption and germination indexes were lower than Baiyan 7.With the increase of salt concentration,the germination rate and germination index of the two varieties also decreased continuously.The results showed that salt stress slowed down the water absorption and germination rate of seeds.From the two processes of seed water absorption and germination,it can be seen that Baiyan 7 had stronger salt tolerance during the germination process,and its relative salt tolerance was better.2.Effects of Salt and Fertilizer Treatment on Growth and Physiology of Oat SeedlingsSalt stress significantly decreased the growth index and SPAD value of oat,but significantly promoted the activities of antioxidant enzymes,osmotic regulatory substances and accumulation of MDA.Among the growth indexes,stem length and underground water content were most significantly affected by salt stress.Under the condition of no fertilization,the stem length of the two cultivars decreased by 40.4%and 38.9%,and the water content decreased by 11.9%and 18.9%,respectively,compared with that without salt.Fertilizer treatment could promote the growth of oat under two kinds of salinity,and nitrogen fertilizer had the best comprehensive promotion effect,which significantly increased the stem length,shoot fresh weight,POD activity and soluble protein content,and effectively reduced the MDA content.Micro element fertilizer had the best promoting effect on leaf area and SPAD value of the second true leaf.The antioxidant enzyme activity and proline content of Baiyan 2 were significantly promoted by phosphate and potash fertilizer fertilizer,but the promotion effect of Baiyan 7 was not significant.The two varieties had different response characteristics to fertilizer.3.Effects of Different Fertilizers on Growth Physiology and Yield of Oat in Saline-Alkali LandThe two oat cultivars could grow normally in saline and alkaline soil and their physiological indexes were basically the same,but Baiyan 7 had higher herbage yield and grain yield than Baiyan 2.Administration of different fertilizers could promote the growth of two kinds oats,wherein the nitrogen on plant height,fresh weight,dry weight,POD activity,soluble protein content,fresh production,grain yield,crude protein content,nitrogen content,starch content-enhancing effect more significant.Micro element fertilizer had the best effect on leaf area index,fresh weight,dry weight,crude protein,soluble sugar,iron and zinc contents.Phosphate and potash fertilizer fertilizer had significant effects on plant height,CAT,APX,proline,crude lipid,sucrose,potassium and phosphorus contents.Under the interaction of cultivar and fertilizer,the fresh grass yield of the two cultivars reached the maximum under nitrogen treatment at heading stage,reaching 25201 kg/ha and 38078 kg/ha,respectively.Grain yields also reached the maximum under nitrogen treatment,with 2680.6 kg/ha and 3293.7 kg/ha,respectively.
