Under the epidemic situation,people pay more attention to the development of medical field.The fusion of augmented reality technology makes the surgical navigation system promote the safe,convenient and efficient development of minimally invasive surgery.On this basis,the researchers proposed that the body surface projection method provides a more convenient display form and operation mode for surgery,which not only expands the vision of doctors but also improves the quality of surgery.At this time,how to get the real projection display effect through the projector in the complex body surface environment becomes particularly important.Therefore,this paper studies the multi-type surface projection distortion correction method and the multi-projection edge fusion method.Firstly,this paper analyzes the applicability of three typical projection image distortion correction methods for different surfaces,including homography based correction method,mesh based correction method and Bezier function fitting based correction method.Then,a correction method based on point cloud mapping is designed.The point cloud information of projection screen surface is extracted by structured light for coordinate transformation.Combined with depth information,the problem of projection image distortion on complex surfaces is solved,the surface applicability of the correction method is expanded,and the correction accuracy and real-time performance are improved.The static intraoperative organ projection is simulated to verify the intraoperative feasibility and accuracy of the method,and the virtual “perspective” display effect is presented.Secondly,this paper realizes the splicing fusion method based on point cloud mapping.The method uses the field of view judgment method to improve the accuracy of spatial point selection in the fusion region,solves pixel location differences in the fusion area of various types surface,and improves the edge stitching effect of multi-projection surfaces,which is obviously better than the stitching fusion effect based on quadratic surface fitting.Then,the nonlinear brightness correction method based on pixel points is improved in this paper,and the fusion function is constructed by cubic curve to effectively solve uneven transition of brightness correction,and achieves the purpose of multi-projection edge fusion region brightness correction.Finally,this paper designs and constructs the augmented reality system by using the projector and camera.For the plaster head and plaster abdominal body surface,the above method was used to realize distortion correction,splicing fusion and nonlinear brightness correction of the real scene projected images,and the distortion correction of projected images on the surface of human abdominal cavity is realized.The the follow-up research is provided.
