In recent years,with the continuous improvement of economic development,the demand for oil and gas resources in all walks of life is increasing,people pay more attention to the exploitation of unconventional oil and gas resources.In this paper,through the comparative study of several commonly used auxiliary mining methods,it is found that the hollow rod electric heat tracing method can greatly improve the mining efficiency without changing the original oil production method,and it is energy-saving,environmental protection and high safety.This paper studied the hollow rod electric heat tracing system from four aspects.In the first aspect,the structure of the hollow rod electric heat tracing system is introduced,the working principle involved in the electric heat tracing process is studied,and the electromagnetic field is simulated and analyzed.In the second aspect,the calculation model of the straightening of the heat tracing cable is established,and the static analysis is carried out through an example.The third party introduces the heating power composition of the hollow rod electric heating tracing system,establishes the calculation model of the hollow rod heating tracing power,and verifies the calculation through an example.In the fourth part,the calculation model of the produced fluid of the hollow rod electric heat tracing system is established,and the temperature field is simulated and analyzed by an example.The results show that the higher the input current and frequency of the hollow rod electric heat tracing system,the more significant the skin effect is when the heating cable is not biased,and the heating effect is the best.The basic parameters of the example were substituted into the calculation model and the finite element model respectively,and the errors obtained by the two models were analyzed to meet the engineering permit accuracy.Finally,according to the calculation model,a calculation software of the hollow rod electric heat tracing system is designed.
