Absolute gravimeter is an observation instrument used to directly measure the acceleration of gravity,which is widely used in earthquake,geophysics,earth exploration,passive navigation and so on.Due to the need of mobile absolute gravity observation,the absolute gravimeter with small volume and light weight is needed.The commonly used hardware vibration isolation device cannot be used in the ultra small absolute gravimeter,and its vibration interference is the biggest reason restricting the accuracy of measurement results.Therefore,this paper studies the vibration suppression algorithm of subminiature absolute gravimeter,and proposes a vibration cancellation algorithm to solve the vibration interference problem of subminiature absolute gravimeter.In this paper,the principle and data processing of the ultra small absolute gravimeter are studied.Starting from the interference data processing,the theoretical analysis of the interference data and the method of trajectory reconstruction are described.Secondly,the vibration data processing is introduced,mainly the principle and effect of vibration data preprocessing,and the vibration data simulation is introduced.Then,the principle and implementation process of the vibration cancellation algorithm are introduced.Through the simulation of different vibration interference gain,frequency composition and trend term,the applicability of the vibration cancellation algorithm is proved by analyzing the error robust graph and statistical histogram in the results.Finally,the experimental data are used to verify the algorithm,and the results show that the vibration cancellation algorithm can achieve the effect of vibration suppression in the subminiature absolute gravimeter.It provides a new method and means for the development of high-precision absolute gravimeter and ultra small absolute gravimeter.
