At present,the direction of oil and gas exploration has shifted from conventional shallow and large reserves exploration to lithological exploration and deep exploration.The moving coil velocity detector has a narrow detection bandwidth,low detection sensitivity for high-frequency signals,and is easily affected by external electromagnetic interference,and the data acquisition system has a 24-bit resolution,which has limited resolution of small signals.It is one of the key points of seismic wave exploration research to improve the detection resolution of the seismic wave acquisition system and reduce the influence of environmental interference.In order to satisfy the new requirements of current seismic wave prospecting equipment,that the paper proposes to use a piezoelectric accelerometer with high resolution,high sensitivity,and strong anti-interference ability as the signal pickup sensor.At the same time,a 32-bit resolution analog-to-digital converter is used.The analog seismic wave signal is converted into a digital signal,which improves the seismic wave signal pickup ability.The system designs signal conditioning circuit to amplify,filter signal,which could convert single-ended to differential processing,which improve the signal-to-noise ratio of the signal,and increase the anti-interference performance of the signal.Based on high-performance TMS320F28335,This research developed the seismic wave data acquisition system,Which has advantage of high-resolution and high-reliability,It has achieved the design of software and hardware.Apply the low dropout voltage regulator circuit as the analog power supply,and use the LC filter circuit to optimize the system switching power supply ripple,while separating the analog circuit and the digital circuit to reduce system interference.In order to further improve the signal-to-noise ratio of seismic wave acquisition signals,a digital low-pass FIR filtering is designed to filter out the high-frequency interference from the seismic wave signals.The Acquisition system uses RS485 communication method for data transmission,and employ the Labview software development platform to design the system's upper computer control and display interface,achieve the setting of the data acquisition hardware parameters,configures the upper computer communication parameters,and processes the collected seismic wave signals.Domain waveform display and storage.Finally,it has tested acquisition performance using the test platform.The test results show that the high-precision piezoelectric geophone data acquisition system meets the design requirements.The research on the high-precision piezoelectric geophone data acquisition system realizes the single-pass seismic wave acquisition system,which lays the foundation for the field multi-channel seismic wave detection research.
