With the wide application of laser and photoelectric measurement technology,the requirements for laser performance are getting higher and higher.The laser’s launching field of view,light intensity distribution,and spot parameters are the basic parameters that reflect its launching laser performance.Effective testing of related parameters is conducive to a more comprehensive and systematic understanding of the characteristics of the laser under test.Research on laser parameter testing technology based on scanning imaging technology,to realize the combination of traditional laser parameter testing system and modern testing technology,can obtain laser parameter information more quickly and efficiently,which has important theoretical significance and practical value.This paper designs and implements a laser performance test system based on scanning imaging method.First of all,this article starts with the basic principle of laser detection based on scanning imaging method,and introduces the development status and trend of laser detection technology and scanning imaging technology in detail.Secondly,this article gives a detailed introduction to the related theories of the laser performance test system,including the measurement of the emission field of view based on scanning imaging,the spot center positioning algorithm,and the pseudo-color processing technology.Finally,the requirements of the laser performance test system are analyzed,and the overall scheme of the laser performance test system based on the scanning imaging method is designed.According to the plan,complete the selection and construction of the hardware system platform,design and implement the laser performance test system software.The software is based on the integrated environment of Visual studio 2015 and is developed in C# language to realize the functions of data communication,image acquisition,data processing,image three-dimensional display and interaction,Office,PDF type report document output.The system test results show that the laser performance test system based on the scanning imaging method has the advantages of fast test speed and high measurement accuracy.The software platform is designed with comprehensive functions,convenient operation,simple and intuitive.The system has completed the tests on the laser spot shape,light intensity distribution,and launch angle of view,and fulfilled the expected functional requirements.
