In this paper,the polynomial complete discriminant system and the trial equation method are used to study two nonlinear optical equations in different media,namely,Biswas-Arshed equation and the coupled Biswas-Milovic equation with Kudryashov’s law of refractive index,the exact traveling wave solutions of these equations are obtained,there are rational function solution,trigonometric function solution,hyperbolic function solution and Jacobi elliptic function solution.By discussing all accurate traveling wave solution,different types of propagation modes of the research model are obtained,including solitary wave mode,singular mode and double-period mode.Finally,by selecting specific parameters,the corresponding solution image is drawn,and the physical realization of the propagation mode is displayed,so as to verify the feasibility of the propagation mode.
