The technology of micro seismic monitoring is utilized to analyze and observe micro seismic events.It has an extensive application prospect.The accurate determination of artificial micro seismic sources has become the most important link in the follow-up real-time analysis of the fracturing effect.Therefore,it is of great significance to improve the accuracy of micro seismic source location in micro seismic monitoring.The first arrival time of the micro seismic signal has a great significance in micro seismic location.The key point in solving the source coordinates of micro seismic is the picked first arrival of the P-wave.Because the error of the P-wave is small and the P-wave phase is easy to identify.So,we choose the time difference information of the P-wave signal to solve the source location of micro seismic.While the equations are overdetermined,the optimization algorithms can be used to locate the source.The following is the specific work content:Firstly,we have raised an improved particle swarm optimization algorithm to settle the standard particle swarm optimization algorithm that is easy to fall into the local optimal solution.This paper selects three high-dimensional test functions to verify the convergence performance of the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm.The experimental analysis shows that the convergence accuracy of the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm is higher than that of the standard particle swarm optimization algorithm.Secondly,we proposed an improved cuckoo search algorithm,which can avoid the problem that the standard cuckoo search algorithm cannot achieve full coverage of the search area due to its high randomness.The same high-dimensional test function is employed to verify the performance of the improved cuckoo search algorithm.Through horizontal comparison,the convergence accuracy of the improved cuckoo search algorithm is higher than that of the improved particle swarm optimization algorithm.Finally,this paper combines the improved cuckoo search algorithm with the least square method to applies it in the actual oilfield environment for micro seismic source location.In the three-dimensional positioning map,it is obvious that the improved cuckoo least-squares hybrid algorithm has high positioning accuracy and a faster convergence rate.At the same time,to strengthen the experimental conclusion,this paper also adds the three-dimensional positioning map of the least square method,the standard cuckoo search algorithm and improved particle swarm optimization algorithm.The experimental results show that the improved cuckoo leastsquares algorithm can not only achieve fast convergence in micro seismic positioning but also find the positioning results more accurately.It provides a new research idea for micro seismic source location.
