All-inorganic lead cesium halide perovskite nanocrystal has many advantages in optical properties,including bright photoluminescence,narrow and adjustable emission band,and wide color gamut.However,most of the CsPbX3 NCs(X=Cl,Br,I)synthesized by current strategies are susceptible to oxidation or dissociation due to factors such as light,oxygen,water and heat when exposed to the environment,resulting in increased defects.Ion exchange and fluorescence quenching easily occur in the device.As lead-based nanocrystals,the heavy metal lead ions released after degradation are toxic to the ecosystem and hinder its development.In order to improve the stability of CsPbX3 NCs and prevent the pollution caused by lead ion leakage,we used natural layered silicate pyrophyllite and CsPbX3 NCs to composite,analyze the morphology,microstructure and optical properties of the composite material,and analyze it Used in light-emitting diode(LED)backlight and lighting fields.The main research contents of this paper include:1.Prepare a series of full-spectrum nanocrystalline solutions by thermal injection method and combine them with pyrophyllite particles by volatilizing the solvent at room temperature,which solves the problem of poor stability and prepares high-stability pyrophyll wax by adjusting the size and concentration the stone-coated lead and cesium halide nanocrystalline solid optical material has a quantum efficiency of 46%.It effectively blocks the diffusion of lead ions in a water environment.The concentration of lead ions released after 60 days of immersion is reduced by 81 times,which is environmentally friendly.2.The pyrophyllite composite CsPbX3 NCs powder is used to prepare LEDs,which are used in backlight display and lighting fields to achieve high luminous efficiency and improve color rendering index,and realize a wide color gamut,making color coordinates and color temperature adjustable.The prepared WLED is applied to the hydroponic lighting of hijiki,and the bioaccumulation exceeds 10%in 7 days.
