The oceans are an important part of the earth.Due to the complex underwater environment and poor visibility.As a reliable underwater communication equipment,sonar is undoubtedly a great invention for human exploration of the ocean world.TKIS-? is a helmet-mounted single-beam mechanically scanned color image sonar.It can be carried by a single soldier to complete the operation.It is mainly used for underwater salvage,search and rescue,etc.It has been used in naval forces and has been widely recognized.The author has enhanced the hardware system of TKIS-? image sonar through his research direction during his master's degree and combining with the current development status of sonar in the world.The disadvantages of TKIS-? image sonar are solved,such as low emission sound source level,small receiving gain range,low sampling rate,insufficient digital signal processing ability,and incompatibility with high frequency sonar transducer.Based on the current hardware system upgrade needs.The author from the sonar transmitter and receiver,signal processing and control system to carry out the research,complete the implementation and meet the upgrading requirements.The specific work is as follows:The working principle and performance index of TKIS-? image sonar transmitter and receiver are studied and analyzed.The characteristics of semiconductor power transistor are analyzed and enhanced.The author improved the power amplifier circuit and redesigned the power amplifier drive and transducer impedance matching circuit.The author selects the operational amplifier according to its various parameters and designs the pre-amplification,two-stage amplification and post-amplification circuits.The author uses the design of 675KHz-3Mhz broadband LC filter.The factors affecting the power consumption of the receiver are analyzed,and a DC-DC power supply with higher conversion efficiency is designed.The author designs printed circuit to upgrade transmitter and receiver.This paper studies the signal processing and main control system of TKIS-? image sonar,and analyzes its shortcomings.The processor adopts the digital IC with better performance based on the Cortex-M7 core and clocked at 480 Mhz.This method improves the sampling rate and the ability of digital signal processing.According to the HAL library,the author designs language programs,writes software codes,and realizes the construction of system engineering,PWM transmitting pulse signal,ADC high-speed sampling,digital signal processing algorithm based on floating-point FFT,USART data transmission,mechanical part functional modules and other functions.The sonar imaging after upgrading the signal processing and main control system is completed.Finally,the author makes an experimental demonstration,including the upgrade test of some main functional parts and the experimental test of system imaging.Demonstrate the feasibility of the system to meet the upgrade requirements.
