Seismic exploration technology is one of the important technical means of oil and gas exploration.The oil and gas exploration signals obtained by analysis are helpful to the analysis of underground reservoir environment.In the process of development,the interpretation of oil and gas exploration signals constantly introduces new technical means,abandons the previous method of signal interpretation by manual,and has been greatly improved in objectivity and accuracy.Accurate classification of the signals collected in the exploration area is helpful for the interpreters to understand the subsurface structure.Therefore,high-precision signal processing and interpretation are of great significance to oil and gas exploration research.This thesis describes the background and significance of oil and gas exploration signal interpretation research,summarizes the current research status at home and abroad,summarizes the existing problems,and carries out research from two different aspects of signal superposition and signal interpretation,the specific content is as follows:(1)A signal stacking method based on Dynamic Time Warping(DTW)algorithm is proposed for the effect of misaligned reflection events on stacking.Firstly,the dynamic time warping algorithm is used to align seismic tracks.Then the weighted signal was calculated according to the SNR of the sampled data on the aligned seismic track,and the weighted superposition method was used to superposition the signal to suppress the noise.The effectiveness of this method in improving signal to noise ratio is verified by the application of synthetic data and real data.(2)A robust K-means waveform classification algorithm based on weighted distance is proposed for the effect of interpretation horizon on waveform classification accuracy.Based on seismic interpretation horizon adjustment should be close to explain the understanding of the horizon,the method first according to the relationship between distance weighting mechanism was introduced and designed the new distance calculation method,ensure the bias of horizon adjustment,further based on weighted distance to construct a new clustering objective function,and designed a good optimization algorithm,and realized the waveform classification.(3)A signal interpretation method based on antagonistic autoencoder is proposed for the problem that seismic signal feature expression is not robust enough.This method uses generative admissive network to constrain the feature extraction process with ideal Gaussian distribution,and achieves nearly Gaussian seismic signal features,which improves the interpretation and analysis performance of seismic reflection signals.The validity of the method in signal interpretation is verified by the application to seismic data.
