The primary diseases of urinary system in dogs are rare. Most of the dogs suffering from urinary system diseases are secondary to pathogenic microorganism infection, poisoning, metabolic diseases and so on.Most of the cases in pet clinic were infected by pathogenic microorganism.Gram negative Enterobacteriaceae and gram positive cocci were the most common bacterial infections, while fungal and viral infections were rare.Restricted by climate, region, medical level and other factors, the types of pathogenic microorganisms affecting urinary system diseases in different regions are also different. In recent years, the application of antibiotics and hormone drugs is not clearly limited, and the replacement is frequent, leading to the emergence of pathogenic bacteria with multiple drug-resistant genes, which increases the difficulty of treatment of this kind of drug-resistant pathogenic bacteria infection. In order to treat urinary tract infection cases in this region,we can use precise drugs, reduce the treatment cycle and improve the curative effect. In this paper, the species and drug sensitivity of pathogenic bacteria in urinary system diseases of dogs in some areas of Yanbian were analyzed. From September to the end of December 2020,a total of 32 sterile urine samples of dogs with urinary system diseases were collected in Yanbian City and its surrounding counties and cities. After isolation and purification, biochemical identification and biological homology analysis,35 strains were obtained from 32 cases. There were 12 strains of Escherichia coli(34.28%),9 strains of Bacillus cereus(25.71%),8 strains of Klebsiella pneumoniae(22.85%),4 strains of Enterococcus faecalis(11.42%)and 2 strains of Pseudomonas aeruginosa(5.71%).The isolation rate of Escherichia coli,Bacillus cereus and Klebsiella pneumoniae was higher than that of other strains, accounting for 82.85% of the total isolation rate.In order to explore the pathogenicity of pathogenic microorganisms in urine samples and their sensitivity to commonly used antibiotics, animal pathogenicity test and K-B disk test were designed. The results of animal pathogenicity test showed that except Enterococcus faecalis, the other four strains were pathogenic. The results of drug sensitivity test showed that the three dominant pathogenic strains were highly resistant to tetracycline, compound sulfamethoxazole and lincomycin, and could not inhibit the growth of the strains;they were resistant to penicillins(ampicillin, penicillin G,amoxicillin)and cefotaxime to a certain extent.Quinolones(ciprofloxacin, enrofloxacin),carbapenems(imipenem)and cefoperazone sulbactam sodium were sensitive to all pathogens. The resistance rate of Bacillus cereus to ceftriaxone was 77.8%,but it was highly sensitive to cefuroxime and cefazolin. The other two strains were sensitive to ceftriaxone, while cefuroxime and cefazolin were resistant.
