SPPs can break through the diffraction limit and produce a strong local field enhancement effect,which makes the design of integrated nano photonic devices have a high degree of flexibility,reliability and accuracy.Based on the theory of MIM type surface plasmon polariton waveguide,three kinds of optical nano element structures are proposed,including refractive index sensor,biological temperature sensor and band stop filter.1.A novel ring-t-cavity coupled waveguide structure is proposed.A new type of circular split ring and t-cavity coupled structure is used to design the refractive index sensor and generate double Fano resonance peaks.By adjusting and analyzing the ring radius R,ring sector angle S,t-cavity height H and dielectric refractive index M,when the parameters of the new waveguide structure are set as R=180nm,s=340° The FOM value can reach 105,and it has the high sensitivity of 800nm/RIU,which reflects the good application value.2.According to the basic structure of the refractive index sensor,the medium was changed from air to ethanol,and then to biological temperature sensor.The relationship between the ambient temperature T and the transmittance of the waveguide structure is deduced and calculated n=1.36048-3.94×10-4(T-T0).The sensitivity of the temperature sensor is calculated according to the relationship,and the performance of the double Fano formants is analyzed.It is found that the Fano peak with higher transmittance has higher sensitivity,up to 0.65nm/?,and its linear growth curve is relatively stable,which is not easily affected by the external environment,and is more stable.3.Through the analysis and calculation of the ring-t-cavity asymmetric coupling structure,a new square cavity hollow disk asymmetric band stop filter coupling structure is proposed.By adjusting and calculating the double disk distance D,square cavity height and width,the optimal filter bandwidth can reach 1000nm and the steepness of rising/falling edge can reach 1.5?m-1.The band stop filter has the advantages of.high transmittance,high steepness of rising and falling edges,wide and adjustable filter bandwidth.
