In recent years,with the continuous development of China's economy,marine development efforts continue to increase,the construction of coastal engineering and marine engineering has a positive role in promoting economic development,but the impact of construction projects on the marine ecological environment can not be ignored.As one of the most important engineering types in the coastal engineering,the impact on marine ecology and fisheries resources has been paid more attention.Influence of wharf engineering construction on marine ecology and fisheries resources mainly in the following aspects:the construction of suspended solids of marine and fishery resources,the influence of engineering construction on marine biological habitat occupation caused by impact,terminal oil spill risk of the marine and fishery resources potential impact.This paper analyzes several common mathematical models of the construction project environmental impact assessment,discusses the influence of the terminal construction evaluation of adaptability,the two-dimensional mathematical model to carry out the terminal construction of suspended solids diffusion effect analysis,and carry out the toxicity test of suspension of marine organisms,suspended 96hLC50 7.52mg/L of Nibea albiflora e.carinicauda,96hLC50 974mg/L,192hLC50 of the Philippines clam was 1126 mg/L,the crab during the test no significant effect that rules impact on marine biological resources engineering evaluation technologies currently in use "(SC/T 9110-2007)" can be applied to basic suspension on fishery resources loss assessment,but for the poor of the sea under the condition of biodiversity should adjust the effect of proportion.This paper also analyzes the influence of "technical specification for basis of marine biological resources assessment project(SC/T 9110-2007)" on the feasibility of wharf engineering construction of habitat occupied assessment,the bottom biomass for habitat occupancy loss calculation should be based on more than one voyage survey in the highest value at the same time,the occupation of overseas direct students should be considered.The appropriate projection area loss,but should not exceed the direct projection area occupied area of 1:1,and for the crabs to migratory creatures,projection area loss shall not be counted.This paper also discusses the influence of oil spill risk on marine life and fishery resources.On this basis,analyzed by two-dimensional numerical model of a mature Mount Putuo passenger terminal expansion renovation project on marine fishery resources and the results show that the influence of suspended substance in construction of wharf engineering caused by the small planktonic animal,by analogy to predict the effects of suspended solids from the wharf engineering construction the area of the pier pile foundation construction process;engineering loss is caused by the benthic 0.16kg,intertidal biomass loss was 28.54kg.The risk of spilled oil is less than that of marine and fishery resources,but once the oil spill occurs,it will have a greater impact on marine life and Fisheries resources.
