Optimization Analysis On Path Selection Of Dangerous Goods Transportation

Road congestion and traffic congestion is a major problem that must be paid attention to in the modern society with the vigorous development of science and technology.Nowadays,all countries in the world are vigorously building roads and building some road related facilities,but there is little effect in solving the traffic problem.In addition,the existence of dangerous goods in road transportation makes the transportation process more difficult and there are many insecurity.Therefore,to explore how to standardize and rationalize the traffic,to effectively manage the traffic,to make the dangerous goods transportation path more reasonable and the transportation process more safe is a big problem we are now studying.Dangerous goods are different from ordinary goods.If there is unsafe situation in the transportation of dangerous goods,it will not only threaten the life of residents along the line,but also bring irreparable pollution and damage to the surrounding environment and facilities.How to find the most suitable and superior transportation route of dangerous goods provides a good theoretical basis for the development and safety of society.This paper mainly studies the problem of dangerous goods transportation route in different situations.Generally speaking,the choice of transportation route needs to integrate many factors,such as cost,time,safety and other conditions,and in real life,we should also consider the actual situation.(1)Based on the previous studies,a new risk analysis model is proposed.Risk analysis of dangerous goods transportation plays an important role in the route selection of dangerous goods transportation,and it is an important factor affecting it.It has a targeted and scientific solution to the potential safety hazards in the transportation of dangerous goods.This paper analyzes various transport risk research models at home and abroad,and has a comprehensive understanding of the development of transportation risk,and expounds the influence of emergency response capacity,accident probability and accident impact consequence on the transportation risk of dangerous goods.On the problem of route selection of dangerous goods transportation,this paper uses the method of multiple multiple regression analysis to establish a multiple multiple regression model closely related to multiple objective factors,including emergency response capacity,accident probability,accident impact consequence and many objective factors.The relationship between them is determined,and the risk model of dangerous goods transportation is established and tested.Under the above assumptions,the risk prediction model of dangerous goods transportation section is given.(2)The choice of transportation route in two states is discussed.Under the condition that the path information is known,it is given from two different angles: static condition and dynamic condition.Under the static condition,the risk value calculated by the path risk prediction model given above is directly substituted,and the optimal path is solved from the path risk and path cost,so that the decision-maker can decide whether to choose the priority of risk or cost.In the dynamic condition,time window is added.Because in real life,we should consider the actual situation,so time is an important influence factor for dangerous goods transportation.Under this condition,the optimal path selection is solved from the three conditions of path risk,path cost and path time constraint.In this paper,a multi-objective optimization model is established.Ant colony algorithm and genetic algorithm are used to solve the model under static and dynamic conditions respectively,and the simulation results are given.It provides a good theoretical guidance for the route selection of dangerous goods transportation in real life,and makes the actual route selection more convenient and accurate.The research conclusion of this paper will have a more effective reference in the actual life under the conditions of transportation cost and safety,and time constraints.
