Continuous cropping obstacle is a common phenomenon in horticultural crop production,especially in watermelon production,which brings serious losses to watermelon production.The traditional soil disinfectant has a certain pollution to the soil,and is not used by people gradually.In order to solve this problem urgently,the sterilization and disinfection technology of slightly acidic electrolyzed water gradually appears and gradually applies.Because of its broad-spectrum,fast and efficient sterilization,green environmental protection and other characteristics,it has replaced the traditional pesticides and disinfectants to a certain extent.‘Jincheng 5'is a test material,and five different concentrations of 0 mg/L(distilled water),20 mg/L,40 mg/L,60 mg/L and 80 mg/L micro acid electrolyzed water treatment test are set.The germination of watermelon seeds,the growth of watermelon seedlings,photosynthetic parameters of watermelon seedlings and the changes of soil micro flora were measured.The bacteriostatic effect of micro acid electrolyzed water on Fusarium wilt was observed in order to obtain the theoretical basis for solving the problems of continuous cropping of watermelon.The experimental results show that:(1)The effects of different concentrations of slightly acidic electrolyzed water on watermelon seed germination were studied.Watermelon could grow and germinate normally.The results showed that slightly acidic electrolyzed water had no side effects on watermelon seed germination.The germination rate,vigor index,germination index,germination rate and germination potential of watermelon seeds increased significantly with the increase of concentration of slightly acidic electrolyzed water in the first three days.Among them,T4(80 mg/L)had the best effect on promoting watermelon seed germination.(2)The morphological and photosynthetic indexes of T4(80 mg/L)were better than other treatments,which were 19.19%,28.21%and 49.43%higher than CK treatment;The plant height,stem diameter,leaf area and root crown ratio were increased by 14.51%,12.01%,12.08%and 55.56%respectively;There was no significant difference between T2(40 mg/L)and T3(60 mg/L)treatments,and the intercellular CO2 concentration and net photosynthetic rate of T4(80 mg/l)treatment increased by 9.39%and 43.68%;The maximum photochemical efficiency(Fv/Fm),photochemical quenching coefficient(qP),non-photochemical quenching coefficient(qN)and electron transfer rate(ETR)of watermelon seedlings increased by 59.53%,26.47%,29.27%and 26.25%.Considering comprehensively,80 mg/L of micro acid electrolyzed water can effectively promote the growth of watermelon.(3)The minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC)of micro acid electrolyzed water was 30 mg/l and the minimum bactericidal concentration(MFC)was 40 mg/L;The wet weight of the silk of Watermelon Fusarium wilt was 86.27%and 91.59%lower than CK in T4(80 mg/L)treatment,which showed that it could inhibit the growth of Fusarium wilt;The content of mycelium sugar in T4(80 mg/L)was 51.478 ug/ml,while that of CK was 88.389 ?g/ml,which decreased by 41.76%,indicating that the micro acid electrolyzed water destroyed the cell membrane structure of mycelium,which led to the decrease of reducing sugar content;Compared with CK,the number of scythium acuminatum in each treatment decreased to 31.89%,57.18%,79.31%and 87.64%,and the inhibition rate increased with the increase of the concentration of micro acid electrolyzed water.The inhibition rates of each treatment were 33.33%,51.14%,78.63%and 93.27%,respectively.It was suggested that the micro acid electrolysis water could effectively inhibit Fusarium cuspidum in the continuous soil.(4)With the increase of time,the diversity and species richness of soil bacterial community increased first and then decreased,with saew-7 d>saew-14 D.saew-7 D was at the positive end of the first axis in PCA analysis,which indicated that saew-7 d had a high abundance of soil bacterial community and species,including Acidobacteria,Gemmatimonadates,Patescibacteria,Fibrobacterium and Bacteroides are the dominant bacteria in soil bacteria;The diversity and species abundance of soil fungi also showed the above results,showing saew-7 d>saew-14 D.Ascomycota and Chlorophyta were the dominant bacteria of soil fungi.In summary,T4(80 mg/L)slightly acidic electrolyzed water can effectively promote the germination and growth of watermelon seeds,reduce the number of Fusarium oxysporum and the incidence rate of Watermelon Fusarium wilt,improve the occurrence of continuous cropping obstacles in soil,and provide a theoretical basis for the application of adorable water in the agricultural field.
