Research purpose:A combined exercise intervention group was set up to intervene patients with lumbar disc herniation. The changes of visual analogue score,Oswestry lumbar Disability Index questionnaire,Japanese Orthopaedic Association evaluation treatment score table, and the numerical changes of intervertebral height index, lumbar intervertebral angle and lumbar lordosis angle were recorded before and after 12 weeks of lumbar exercise intervention training.Analyze the experimental results to discuss the effect of lumbar exercise on patients with lumbar disc herniation,so as to promote more patients to choose exercise intervention to recover and prevent the progress of their own lumbar diseases.Research methods:From June 2019 to September 2019,60 patients from orthopaedic department and rehabilitation clinic of Henan people’s hospital were selected, among whom the first course of disease was diagnosed as lumbar diseases or only slight discomfort of lumbar spine. They were randomly divided into two groups, group A and group B,30 people in each group,Group A as the control group did not do any intervention, but still maintained the original habits of life and work,Group B was the experimental group. The experiment lasted for 12 weeks. After the completion of all the experiments, all the subjects were assessed by visual analogue scale(VAS),Oswestry lumbar dysfunction index questionnaire(ODI),Japan bone injury association activity scale(j0a),and the score data of each subject were obtained for statistical processing. Results:There was no significant difference in the scores of vas,ODI and j0 a between the two groups before treatment(P > 0.05),There was no significant difference in the scores of the control group(P > 0.05),There were significant differences in visual analogue scale(VAS),Oswestry lumbar dysfunction index(ODI)and j0 a between group B and group A(P < 0.05),There were significant differences in visual analogue scale(VAS),Oswestry lumbar dysfunction index(ODI)and j0 a between group B and group B(P < 0.05).Conclusion:1.The intervention of lumbar exercise can effectively improve the visual analog score of patients with lumbar disc herniation, and effectively reduce the pain degree of patients with lumbar disc herniation.2.Lumbar exercise intervention effectively improved the Oswestry lumbar dysfunction index of patients with lumbar disc herniation, and effectively restored the ability of patients with lumbar disc herniation to participate in social activities.3.The intervention of lumbar exercise can effectively improve the Japanese Orthopedic Association evaluation treatment score of patients with lumbar disc herniation, and effectively restore the functional disorder of patients with lumbar disc herniation.4.The lumbar exercise intervention can effectively improve the intervertebral height index, lumbar intervertebral angle and lumbar lordosis angle of patients with lumbar disc herniation, and effectively restore the lumbar physiological curvature of patients with lumbar disc herniation.
