Objective:In this project,we analyze the expression profile and intracellular localization of JAZF1,and detect the JAZF1 level in the serum of coronary heart disease(CHD)patients and control group to explore the relationship between JAZF1 and CHD,and hope to provide a useful target for the prevention and diagnosis of CHD.Methods:UCSC,GeneCards and NCBI bioinformatics databases are used to analyze the information of JAZF1,including the expression profile,intracellular localization and genes with the same position as JAZF1.Thirty normal control group and 50 patients with CHD are selected.According to their clinical types,CHD patients are further divided into 3 group,including myocardial infarction group(AMI group,10 cases),typical unstable angina group(UAP group,20 cases),and stable angina group(SAP group,20 cases).The concentrations of JAZF1 and hs-CRP in serum are determined by ELISA,and the concentration of blood lipid are determined by biochemical analyzer.GraphPad Prism 8 statistical analysis software was used for statistical analysis.P<0.05 indicates a significant difference.Results:UCSC and GeneCards bioinformatics database have shown that JAZF1 is highly expressed in cardiovascular systems such as aorta and heart,and expressed in whole blood cells,showing high conservatism among different species.Genecards bioinformatics data have shown that JAZF1 mainly located in the nucleus of cell,but also expressed in the cytoplasm,cytoskeleton,cell membrane,mitochondria,peroxidase,endoplasmic reticulum,especially in the outside of cells,suggesting that JAZF1 may be closely associated with diseases of the cardiovascular system,and can be detected in the blood as JAZF1 secreted to the outside of the cells.The NCBI bioinformatics database have shown that JAZF1 is highly expressed in the heart,and TAX1 BP 1 is the same shared with JAZF1 position in human,mouse and rat.The level of JAZF1 is significantly decreased in the CHD group.JAZF1 is negatively correlated with hs-CRP.Conclusions:JAZF1 is highly expressed in the cardiovascular system and can be secreted extracellular.JAZF 1 is closely related to the severity of CHD and may be a potential target for the diagnosis and treatment of CHD.
