| At present,China’s total energy consumption is growing rapidly,and it is the country with the largest energy consumption in the world.However,the proportion of coal in the primary energy consumption structure is still higher than that of other major energy consuming countries in the world,and the energy structure is poor;the energy efficiency is low for a long time;although China’s total energy consumption is high,the per capita share of primary energy is low;The energy consumption structure dominated by coal has led to increasingly serious environmental pollution in China.These force researchers to find additional energy sources that are cleaner.China has abundant coal resources,among which the low-grade low-rank coal reserves are considerable,accounting for more than 40% of the total reserves.Lowrank coal has a relatively low calorific value.The benefit of direct combustion after mining is not high,and it produces pollutant gases.Direct combustion and utilization cannot maximize the value.However,the structure of low-rank coal has large porosity and is easy to desorb.The biodegradability potential of coal;the promotion of coal bioconversion into natural gas plays an important role in realizing the efficient use of low-rank coal and improving China’s energy structure.In this paper,by adding different concentrations of oxidants,such as oxygen,nitrate ions,hydrated iron oxide,and sulfate ions,the effect of different nutrient conditions on the process of methanogenesis after the introduction of exogenous methanogens into coal samples is explored,and it is found that Concentrations of hydrated iron oxide and sulfate ions promote the methanogenic process of methanogenic bacteria WBC-2.Since the methanogenic bacteria WBC-2 cannot directly use the carbon source in coal,the facultative anaerobic fungus Trichocladium canadense Hughes(ATCC? 201360?)was added for pretreatment,and it was found that the amount of methane produced by the sample after the fungus treatment was significantly higher than that No fungus group is added,the effect is significant. |
