As one typical process industry,the refinery complex process consists of multiple processing equipments with high invest,high consumption and high emission.With the increasing concern of the whole society on energy and environmental issues,refineries need to solve the key problems including how to improve the efficiency of refinery production and management,optimize the energy system of refinery production to reduce production costs and energy consumption.Therefore,the research on considering energy consumption has important theoretical significance and application value for refinery production planning.This thesis focuses on the refinery production planning problem with consideration of the gas system.We analyze the production process and demand characteristics of the refinery production planning,the supply process of gas system,and establish the refinery production planning model with the uncertainty of gas production.An optimization algorithm is designed to effectively solve the proposed model.Finally,a decision support system of the refinery production planning optimization with energy consumption is developed.The main research contents are as follows:1)The process model of the atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit is studied for the refinery production process.We make using of Aspen Plus to simulate the processing flow of the atmospheric and vacuum distillation unit to obtain the parameters of the atmospheric and vacuum distillation process model.Two mixed integer nonlinear programming models for refinery production planning based on the fractionation index model and the swinging cut model are formulated.Numerical experiments show that the two proposed models yield the production plans similar and reasonably effective.2)Based on the impact of the refinery gas system on the refinery production process,and the uncertainty of gas production in the energy consumption model,the data-driven generation of the scenario tree is used to describe the gas production.The refinery production planning model with the uncertainy of gas production system is established.The experimental results are compared with the deterministic model,which show that the refinery production planning model with uncertain gas production can get a more robust planning solution.3)Considering the large scale of the refinery production planning model with the uncertainty of gas production and the difficulty of solving nonlinear constraints,the Outer Approximation algorithm is difficult to solve directly and effectively.An improved Outer Approximation algorithm integrated with the Fix-Relax strategy is proposed.Numerical experiments show that the improved algorithm can effectively improve the solution efficiency for the proposed model with the guarantee of the solution quality.4)Based on the actual needs of refinery planning management,a decision support system of the refinery production planning optimization with energy consumption is designed and developed.The system realizes the digital management of the production materials and data.The results of production planning can be shown with chart based on the embedded models and improved algorithms,which can assist the refinery planning work.
