Straightening is an important finishing process in the metallurgical industry and the mechanical manufacturing industry.The effect of the straightening process often determines the final quality and accuracy of metal profiles and mechanical parts[1].As far as the study of the theory of straightening is concerned in our country,it is still in a relatively backward state,and the determination of the basic parameters mainly depends on the long experience,the algorithm and the empirical data.As the straightening equipment of the metal bar,the rigidity and intensity of the frame of the straightening machine will determine the straightening accuracy of the straightener.It is directly related to the final quality and yield of the metal bar.Based on the analysis of the problems existing in the use of seven inclined roll straightener in the service of a factory,this paper puts forward the upgrading and upgrading scheme of the equipment.Through theoretical analysis and calculation,and the finite element analysis of the frame,the feasibility and rationality of the scheme are proved.First of all,through on-site investigation,the main problems in the actual use of straightening machine are understood,and the retrofit plan is proposed through theoretical analysis and calculation.Secondly,the ABAQUS finite element software is used to model the straightener frame digitally,and the finite element analysis of the statics is carried out,and the stress and displacement distribution rule of the frame are obtained.Finally,the modal analysis of the straightener frame is carried out,and the natural frequencies and vibration modes of the straightener are obtained.The conclusions of this paper can be used for upgrading and upgrading similar equipment,and laid a foundation for later optimization design.
